In Between

“In between” is an animation short film that explores “who am I, where I belong”. It is inspired by my own life experience. Based on interviews with five new immigrants of the second generation, who live in Guangzhou, the film uses videos to convey how they feel while living in Guangzhou due to the loss of the sense of identity belonging.

I expect to reflect the identity anxiety of this group by this work and draw more people’s attention to this issue.
